Registration Flow

Arrival of Students: according to the agreement of the two countries Here is that flow:

  • Fill out Application Form and send it in Excel format to [email protected], cc [email protected]

  • Document Submission Requirements:

    • Curriculum vitae and Motivation letter
    • Scan of Statement letter for funding, send it in JPEG
    • Scan of statement letter for obeying STIESA and Indonesian Rules, send it in JPEG
    • Scan of Current health certificate (Medical Statement), send it in JPEG
    • Scan of Passport (Cover and Biodata page), send it in JPEG
    • Scan of completion certificate of the last educational background, send it in JPEG
    • Scan of academic transcript for the last educational background, send it in JPEG
    • Soft file Photo 4 cm x 6 cm, send it in JPEG
    • Soft file certificate TOEFL/IELTS, send it in JPEG
    • Recommendation letter (Minimum 2)

    Preferably able to speak and write in Bahasa Indonesia. download all required documents here

  • Prospective students will go through a selection process based on CGPA (>3) and IELTS (min 4) or TOEFL (min 500).

  • The selection results announcement letter will be sent via email.

  • Pay a minimum of 50% of the cost of education + campus development fund via BRI : 0123-01-000-815-300 or BJB: 004-644-9789-001 on behalf of Yayasan Sutaatmadja
